We were tempted to eat at the famous Inn at Little Washington, but we enjoyed the homely atmosphere at The Country Cafe opposite (once the Post Office). The first seems to cater for wealthy Washingtonians, the second for locals and Blue-Ridge-mountain men just down from the mountains.
