Poundbury, Dorchester, Dorset: Duchy Plans for New Community Hall

I have heard a lot of different views and ideas about the specifications for a new community hall.

The idea that it should be combined with residential apartments may not be a good one, because of the various intended uses of the hall, including noisy activities like music, keep-fit classes and dancing.
