Folk Art - A Broken Tradition?




 A French Quimper plate (tin-glazed, hand-painted
 with design of Breton peasant, and HB (ie Hubaudiere-Bousquet) underlined mark on rear,
and pieces of broken Greek pottery.

Below: painted Greek cart-sides, a Zagori ceiling and a chapel (exoklisi) carving.
