eKathimerini, March 2013: Waste solutions in Epirus, Corfu - "Rubbish dumps should become a thing of the past from 2016 in Ioannina and on Corfu after the government on Wednesday gave the green light for waste processing plants to be built in those two area...The Development and Infrastructure Ministry announced on Wednesday that the ministerial committee for PPPs has accepted the requests submitted by the Municipality of Corfu and the Regional Authority of Epirus, with the locations for the sites already chosen: On Corfu the plant will be at Temploni and in Epirus at Dodoni, near Ioannina".
