The Economist: Can America’s moderates win the battle of ideas?

"IN A programme to mark The Economist’s 175th anniversary, Zanny Minton-Beddoes, our Editor-in-Chief, and David Rennie, our Washington bureau chief, sit with Anne McElvoy, our Head of Radio, to discuss whether America’s moderates can win the battle of ideas. Joining them are Jonathan Cowan, founder of Third Way, David Frum, senior editor at The Atlantic, and John Negroponte, former Director of National Intelligence".

It's a strange world. I can hardly keep up. David's at post in China (having just transferred from Washington, DC) and Nina has been in Cuba for a week, on FSN business.
