Weymouth - Popular Art - Beach Huts and Mermaids

These three art works should make this Greenhill Beach Esplanade seafront chalet, at least, a Grade 1 listed building:

"In 2006 the rows of huts at Greenhill Beach were recommended for closure by the council by March 2008 and faced the prospect of demolition. However the two storey Esplanade chalets were given 'listed' status by English Heritage in 2008 - which means they have to be retained".
