Owing to a landslip between Yeovil Junction and Axminster all lines are blocked.
Impact:
Train services running through these stations may be terminated at and started back from Yeovil Junction at short notice. An estimate for the resumption of normal services will be provided as soon as the problem has been fully assessed.
Customer Advice:
Owing to a Landslip in the Crewkerne area the lines are blocked between Yeovil Junction and Axminster.
Trains from the London/Salisbury direction will be terminated and started back from Yeovil Junction.

Customers are advised not to attempt travelling between Yeovil Junction and Exeter St David's, where possible we will run a shuttle service between Exeter St David's and Axminster however these will not run to a consistent timetable through the afternoon and evening. Replacement road transport is being arranged to run between Yeovil Junction and Axminster/Exeter as required.
Customers can use Stagecoach Bus routes in the local area.
Road conditions in the area are poor and this delaying the arrival of buses at all locations.

Owing to planned engineering work First Great Western services between Paddington and Exeter have been running on the route that is now blocked and are also unable to run. They are unable to accept tickets on their route.

Buses replace trains between Yeovil Junction and Exeter St Davids until further notice
Description
A landslip near Crewkerne means trains are unable to run between Yeovil Junction and Exeter St Davids. Buses will run between these stations, extending journey times by up to 30 minutes. South West Trains passengers may also use Stagecoach buses on reasonable routes.
First Great Western services between London Paddington and Exeter St Davids will start / terminate at Bristol Parkway. Buses are running between Bristol Parkway and Exeter St Davids.
South West Trains passengers will not be accepted on First Great Western services in the area because of flooding.
