John Piper's "The Font at Toller Fratrum", 1935/1936, is reproduced in the book, and can be seen on this website.
"The new art found its roots in the line of a Gothic arch at Canterbury, or the carvings of a Romanesque font in Dorset" - Kitty Hauser, Shadow Sites (2007).
