The White Nose (The White Nothe), Dorset

Wonderful Dorset Coast Path walk today! From Osmington Mills to Ringstead and Lulworth Cove, past the Coastguard Cottages. From Ringstead Bay to White Nothe

"When I first lived in one of the coastguard cottages on the top of the White Nose I was in considerable doubt as to my correct address...
Although White Nose approaches an altitude of six hundred feet,
it is not as high as Golden Cap,
but both its position and its 'countenance' render it the noblest of all the Dorset headlands".

From Llewelyn Powys' essay "The White Nose"
