Plastic Waste: Stemming the flow of plastic waste into poor nations

"Nearly all countries agree to stem flow of plastic waste into poor nations. US reportedly opposed deal, which follows concerns that villages in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia had ‘turned into dumpsites’".
