2013, The Sky, Maybe

i.m. Niki Marangou

It isn't easy to forget
Poets  who've drunk at Delphi's spring-
Who break down barriers and heal divisions,
Erase Green Lines and Buffer Zones,
Who travel far, share all they've made,
Though they know that life is fleeting -
Artists who reach and touch the sky,
Who have no need for flowers that fade.
