Corfu Frazzled, Dorset Fabulous!

Corfu parched and frazzled (The Corfu Blog)

Keep Talking Greece- no news may be bad news

Nikos Xydakis (Kathimerini, in Greek)

Glad to be in England, swimming at Burton Bradstock or Overcombe Beach (the beach in front of the Cafe Oasis, between Bowleaze Cove and Preston Beach, Weymouth). The sea is a refreshing and warm-enough 17 degrees. Perfect temperature, in fact. Mediterranean Dorset.

Often tempted to try the delicious (and reasonably-priced) North African fish stew at lunchtime at the Cafe Oasis (Preston Beach). Some of the seafood menus:

Seared scallops, crispy parma ham and chive butter with salad  and bread

King prawns, garlic, coriander and white wine with salad and bread

Moules with garlic white wine and cream with bread OR chips

North African fish stew with crusty bread

Don't tell anyone!

On Greece...η υπουργός υπογράμμισε την ανάγκη να προσπαθήσουν όλοι από κοινού ώστε να αλλάξει η εικόνα της Ελλάδας στο εξωτερικό.

Can't do much about the heat-wave...or the uncertainty
