Faversham's Magna Carta for Sale?

Minister: I’ll stop Magna Carta being sold abroad. A 700-year-old copy of the charter could be sold by Faversham council to a foreign collector to raise funds for the town, The Sunday Times

"Nicky Morgan, the culture secretary, said she was “extremely concerned” about the possibility of the historic document being sold abroad and vowed to stop it leaving the UK. The document was presented to the barons of Faversham, Kent, in 1300.
