From Dorchester to Dorchester-On-Thames

Just returned from the funeral service for a close friend.

At Dorchester Abbey

Very moving tributes, and readings of poems by Hardy and Larkin.

From Larkin's "The Mower":

                "we should be caredul

Of each other, we should be kind

          While there is still time".

"For now we see through a glass, darkly".

Eliot's "East Coker"

Sad to have missed the funeral of another old friend in one of the Zagori villages in Epirus two days ago.

Lament, Epirus

Miroloi, Petroloukas Halkias

Grigoris Kapsalis
