Durrelliana, Gerald Durrell on Corfu, 1987

This posting by the author of "Durrelliana" refers to a largely forgotten colour supplement article that Gerald Durrell wrote about Corfu in 1987.

I managed to find and supply a copy of the four page article, and I am delighted to see that it has been put to good use!

  1. Dear Corfu Bluesman,
I'm a long-term fan of Gerald Durrell, and came to your fascinating site via Durrelliana today. I read some of your other posts as well. Thank you for your work, and I'd be interested in staying in touch, should any of my work strike a chord (a seventh chord, a blues chord, naturally) in you.
    Best regards, Namaste,

  2. Fascinating. I've heard of the didgeridoo being used therapeutically, but I must explore the possibilities with the blues-harp. Keep in touch!
