"Played with Tony Parenti and Johnny Wiggs. Led his own band, the Ellis Stratakos Orchestra at the Jung Hotel Roof in the late 1920s-early 30s, with notables such as Irving Fazola, Louis Prima, Frank Frederico, etc. in the line-up at various times.
