Somerset Levels, BBC News (6 February):
"The Environment Agency has severe flood warnings - meaning "danger to life" - in Somerset at Salt Moor and North Moor including Moorland, and at the A361 East Lyng to Burrowbridge".
A farmer from Morland (Somerset Levels) interviewed on Sky News on 6th February was philosophical about his flooded farm, but very concerned about his livestock:
"On t'other hand," he was not happy about the height of the ditches or the failure to dredge rivers,"they'm speaking conservationist rubbish"- or words to that effect.
