Where the sun will never go down (Georgia Peach, Sister Clara Hudman, Clara Gholston Brock; Dock Reed; Willie Mae Williams)

One of the most moving gospel songs ever recorded, sung by (The) Georgia Peach (YouTube)

I first heard it on a blues radio programme presented by Alexis Korner.

Per Notini, of Gospel Friend Records    Georgia Peach on Gospel Friend Records wrote to me today:

"Where the Sun Will Never Go Down": Georgia Peach recorded it in February 1946 for the Apollo label. It has been reissued on the little known Stash LP 114 and an obscure anthology CD from 1993, Jass J-640. But it was also included in "Gospel Sisters And Divas", a French double CD (Fremeaux & Associés FA 5053) from 2002.
