"Φέτος, υποχρέωση υποβολής φορολογικής δήλωσης έχει κάθε φυσικό πρόσωπο, που έχει την κατοικία του στην Ελλάδα, έχει συμπληρώσει το 18ο έτος της ηλικίας του και δεν αποτελεί προστατευόμενο μέλος".
