Dorchester: Came View Development Plans Withdrawn

"After a massive community campaign of opposition the District Council has completely withdrawn its plans to allow the building of up to 1,000 houses at Came View - to the south-east of Dorchester and outside the by-pass.

They have also significantly reduced the housing allocation at Crossways from over 1,200 to a maximum of 500 (and hopefully a bit less)".
